Returns

Eligibility for Returns:

  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is required.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Items purchased on sale or with a discount (unless damaged or defective)

How to Return an Item

  2. Prepare the Package: Securely package the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
  3. Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
  4. Send the Return To: The address mentioned in the response email from our customer service team.

Refunds

Processing Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 working days.

Partial Refunds:
